Through guided movement, breathwork, and writing prompts, we tap into creativity, release mental blocks, and follow the joy of self-expression. Whether you're a seasoned writer, a yogi looking for inspiration, or simply curious, Ink & Asana offers a space to move, breathe, and write with intention.
Please bring a yoga mat, notebook, and a pen.

About Your Teacher:
Ivy Farr has been teaching writing and yoga for more than a decade. She brings a playful spirit and her wealth of experience to every class, helping others to find their flow in a supportive environment. A former cast member of The Championship Show, she now performs musical improv with The Altos and loves being a part of the HVC community.

*Please note that once you make your purchase, your place in the class is NON-REFUNDABLE
unless we have 48 hours notice before the event AND we can get someone to fill your spot.
*Students must be 18+ years. (In actual years, not maturity. ;)
*Our classes involve physical activity, and we could be on our feet for at least an hour.
If that's an issue, please let your instructor know how we can accommodate the class to fit your needs.
