No leotards or leg warmers necessary… just the desire to get moving on stage. Bold movements and physicalities help create interest for the audience, inspire more dynamic characters, and give scene partners more to play off. Through individual and group games and scenes, we will explore many ways to turn small, familiar movements into big, bold choices that lead to more fun and comedy for everyone!
Prerequisite: Completion of Improv 4 or permission from leadership
About Your Teacher:
Amy Lisewski is the founder and Executive Artistic Director of Finest City Improv in San Diego and the San Diego Improv Festival. She trained at Second City and IO in Los Angeles and with dozens of teachers nationwide. She has taught thousands of people to find more joy in their everyday lives through the games and lessons of improv. She is the author of “Relax, We’re All Just Making This Stuff Up!”
