Life seems to have an endless supply of curveballs up its sleeve, doesn't it? We set long-term strategic goals and show up each day with a plan ... only to have the unexpected barge in. Fortunately, improvisers are trained to eat flexibility for breakfast and resilience for lunch. (Dinner is usually pizza.) So who better to guide leaders in adjusting to change with healthy agility than a professional improviser and a renowned business strategist?
In this interactive professional development event for leaders, Six-Point Strategy CEO Meghan Lynch teams up with Happier Valley Comedy Founder/President Pam Victor to share practical techniques for meeting changes and challenges with greater resilience, ease, openness, and equanimity. Together, we’ll explore how the principles of improvisation can strengthen strategic decision-making through intention and presence.
Because today’s leaders aren’t just facing the occasional disruption. They’re leading in a state of perma-crisis. Research shows that in these moments, the best leaders don’t cling to old assumptions or wait for perfect clarity; they ask better questions that expand perspective and open new paths. That’s exactly the skill set improvisers train for—and what we’ll practice together in this session.
In this fun, interactive event, you’ll experience entertaining lessons, guided discussions, and interactive exercises to deepen learning and connection with other local leaders. You’ll leave with strategies you can use immediately … and a big smile!

Please note: This is not an improv show or performance workshop. It’s a professional development training in a supportive space that explores improv-based workplace skills through simple, accessible activities in pairs, small groups, and circles. Everything is voluntary. No one is ever put “on stage.” We specialize in making participants across the introvert–extrovert spectrum feel comfy, engaged, and successful.
about your teachers:
Meghan Lynch is the CEO of Six-Point Strategy, board member of Happier Valley Comedy, and an advisor to family business leaders. She brings her “endurance mindset”—forged while running ridiculous distances through the mountains of New England—to help leaders build brands that last for generations. She co-hosts the Building Unbreakable Brands podcast with her very opinionated 9-year-old son, who is currently preparing her annual performance review.
Pam Victor (she/her) is the Head of Happiness (founder/president) of Happier Valley Comedy. In addition to leading, teaching, performing, and more, she brings the power of improvisation to the workplace in Happier Valley Comedy's professional development and workplace wellness programs. Pam is the author of two (soon to be three!) books. In 2019, Pam was a recipient of the New England Public Radio Arts & Humanities Award. She also is a TEDx speaker. Pam is a kind person, and she likes you already.

Appreciation from hvc's clients
“One of the most positive and influential things we have done as a group. Yes, and I loved it. Yes, and I learned. Yes, and every office should take time for this!”
-Kirsten Modestow, Executive Creative Director, BRIGADE
“Pam connected with everyone in the room, had us laughing and learning, and made this one of our best career events of the year. I especially liked how a passerby in the hallway during the YAY activity said, 'Now that sounds like great teaching!' I agree." |
“The program was an excellent opportunity to connect with my team, myself, and my work. I came out of the program with a better sense of what was holding me back, what made me an asset to my team, and what we were all working towards. It was professional, it was fun, and I left that valley happier!” |
"Pam is a skilled improv teacher who brings depth and breadth to her workshops. She helps walk us through assumptions, misperceptions and judgment and helps us land in openness, insight, laughter and greater ‘ease fullness’ Highly recommend."
Dr. Rob Smith, DO, Director of Baystate Health’s Mindfulness Program
