You have all the tools from Improv 1-4, now let's mine your life experiences and observations as you continue to develop your craft. You'll get lots of reps for 2, 3, and 4 person scenes, and you'll discover when and how to move a scene forward together. Respectful side-coaching and feedback will support the creative process. This class serves as a perfect first step into Advanced Improv classes or as a deep dive refresher for your scenework skills!

About Your Teacher: Mosie Senn-McNally (she/her) currently performs with The Understudies at HVC. Mosie previously appeared with The Majesters at the Majestic Theater in West Springfield and with the ImprovBoston Theatre where she performed with many casts and taught many classes. Mosie loves the thrill of listening, reacting, and creating unique artistic moments with her cast mates. Mosie has been a high school art educator for over 30 years, she has studied improv for over 20 years, and has been performing in small living room theaters for over 55 years. In total, Mosie brings 105 years of experience to HVC. Mosie is grateful to her wife Molly and three sons who support her improv dreams.

*Please note that once you make your purchase, your place in the class is NON-REFUNDABLE unless we have 48 hours notice before first class AND we can get someone to fill your spot.
*Students must attend at least 6 of the 8 classes to graduate to the next level.
*Students must be 18+ years. (In actual years, not maturity. ;)
*Our classes may involve physical activity and we could be on our feet for at least an hour; however, we're able to accommodate for all physical abilities. Please let email us to let us know how we can best fit your needs or if you have any questions about accommodations.
