What are we looking for?
First and foremost, we look for improvisers who:
Follow the joy and ease
Listen and respond to scene partners' offers
Are of service to the scene and scene partners
Exhibit positivity onstage (i.e. less conflict) and offstage too (kindness rocks!)
Initiate scenes boldly and without hesitation
Have a strong stage presence
Respond well to feedback and direction
Are resilient learners
