Now that you've had more improv experience, this is your chance to revisit and build off of foundational concepts from The Joy & Ease of Improv, such as emotional point of view, holding your character's deal, using Heat and Weight to initiate a scene, agreeing to your scene partner's offers, and performing with positivity. If you're performing improv, playing regularly with a group, want a tune-up, or would like to get back in touch with the mindset that made you fall in love with improv in the first place, Foundations is for you.

About Your Teacher: Pam Victor is an improv comedian, author, teacher, corporate facilitator, and happiness coach. She is the founder and Head of Happiness of Happier Valley Comedy, the heart of improv in Western Mass, where Pam teaches improv to the best students in the world as well as bringing the power of improvisation to the workplace in our professional development and workplace wellness programs. TJ Jagodowski, David Pasquesi, and Pam are the co-authors of "Improvisation at the Speed of Life: The TJ and Dave Book." Pam is a nice person and she likes you already.
