Mindfulness

Would you like to reap the many benefits of mindfulness while having a ton of fun?
The first step is saying “Yes, and...”
The first step is saying “Yes, and...”
In Mindfulness THROUGH LAUGHTER, we replace “Om” with “Ha!” in this playfully mind-expanding program.
As enlightening as it is irreverent.
As wise as it is wise-cracking.
As funny as it is thoughtful.
But YOU don’t need to be funny!
No experience required for this beginner's personal growth workshop!
Just a willingness to play and live in the moment
in an extremely supportive, positive, and affirming environment, where
we laugh and learn through easy, relevant improv tenets, exercises, and games
that get us up on our feet, out of our heads, and into the moment.
This workshop is designed for those who might be a bit curious, shy, or nervous about improv and interested in learning a fun approach to the practice of mindfulness.
Pam specializes in making sure all people along the introvert-extrovert spectrum
feel successful and have a blast THROUGH LAUGHTER.

Common Benefits of Mindfulness Through Laughter
|
|
"I highly recommend Pam's Mindfulness THROUGH LAUGHTER class. It was fun and interactive and helped me feel comfortable with being in the moment and not having to know ahead of time what I would do or say next. This freed me up to pay attention, listen and not worry about making a mistake or looking foolish....all good tools for daily life. Pam is a skilled teacher and as a group we evolved together in our level of comfort and willingness to take risks." |
“I have been studying mindfulness for a while so the combination of mindfulness and laughter was very appealing. The class was like being a kid again. It was filled with warmth, silliness and a general sense of never knowing what will happen next. Everyone is in the same boat which creates a sense of camaraderie. I haven't had that much fun in ages.” |
"Mindfulness THROUGH LAUGHTER awakened my inner playful child and stretched my imagination and a deeper sense of my own Eunice ('you-ness,' as Pam says)! Highly recommended for anyone yearning for that playful spark in life!" |
