Includes the following interactive presentations:
"Your Resilience & Happiness Habits"
This interactive presentation is the big banana where you and your Happiness Cohort explore all 11 Resilience & Happiness Habits. Your Happiness Coach Pam Victor uses entertaining stories, well-being science, and fun interactive exercises to guide you in enhancing your wellness and wellbeing through micro-habits. Pam invites you to try on each Resilience & Happiness Habit to give it a twirl and see if it's a good fit. By the end of the presentation, you'll have everything you need to choose 1-2 Resilience & Happiness Habits and design your own custom-fit 30-day wellness experiment for resilience through joy.
"Doing It Every Day: Accountability Support & Tips"
It's relatively easy to do the first week of your Happiness Habit(s), but then comes the real work of committing to making your Happiness Habit(s) a daily practice. During the intensive, Pam shares 10 tips and tricks for turning your wellbeing practice into a lasting habit.
"Resilience Mindsets: The Care & Feeding of Your Happiness Experiment"
If your life is the rich garden dirt and Happiness Habits are the seeds we are planting, then think of Resilience Mindsets as the vital water and fertilizer. Resilience Mindsets help to grow and blossom your wellbeing practice. During the intensive, Pam invites you to experience select Resilience Mindsets to find one or two that best support and enhance your 30-Day Happiness Experiment.
"Let's Connect & Play!" Guided Discussions & Playtimes
Joyfully connect with your Happiness Cohort in these guided social learning opportunities throughout the intensive. We'll meet in small groups and pairs to share our process and learn from each other. We'll explore our personal flavors of happiness in the original activity "What Color Is Your Happiness?" We'll do a brief guided happiness meditation. We'll play easy-to-learn, improv-enriched games with a focus on joyful, easeful play for lots of connection through laughter!
Recorded versions of select presentations will be supplied for reference.
Note: This program is not an improv class. But we do use improv games to enhance the learning and fun!

ABOUT YOUR HAPPINESS COACH
HEAD OF HAPPINESS PAM VICTOR
Pam Victor is a professional improviser, facilitator, author, teacher, happiness coach, and the Head of Happiness (aka founder and president) of Happier Valley Comedy, the first and only improv theater in Western Massachusetts. Pam developed and leads The Happiness Experiment wellness program, which supports resilience, positivity, and self-care for personal and professional growth. She spends many of her waking hours teaching, performing, and thinking about improvisation. Her Learning THROUGH LAUGHTER program uses improv to improve the workplace. Pam is a recipient of the 2019 New England Public Radio Arts & Humanities Award and a TEDx speaker. She is the author of “Baj and the Word Launcher: A Space-Aged Asperger Adventure in Communication,” a children’s book that uses sci-fi to teach social and communication skills. Along with legendary improvisers TJ Jagodowski and Dave Pasquesi, Pam is the co-author of “Improvisation at the Speed of Life: The TJ & Dave Book.” A graduate of Smith College with a Master’s in Education from Iona College, Pam has received improv training from iO Theater (Chicago), Annoyance Theatre (Chicago), ImprovBoston, and from Second City teachers. Pam is a nice person. She likes you already.
