This live online interactive presentation is the big banana where you and your Happiness Cohort actively explore our Self-Care & Happiness Habits. With equal parts wisdom and wise-assery, your Happiness Coach Pam Victor uses entertaining stories, a touch of well-being science, and fun interactive exercises to guide you through the resilience and happiness skills building. If you think of the Self-Care &. Happiness Habits like shopping for clothes, Pam invites you to actively try on every habit to give it a twirl and see if it's a good fit. Interactive exercises and small group discussions provide opportunities to connect with other like-minded folx in your Happiness Cohort. By the end of the presentation, you'll have everything you need to choose 1-2 Self-Care & Happiness Habits and design your own personalized month-long personal growth experiment for building resilience through joy.

It's relatively easy to do the first week of your Happiness Habit(s), but then comes the real work of committing to making them a daily practice. In this presentation, Pam shares some tips and tricks for building in the accountability support necessary to do it every day. We'll end with small group discussions, so you can connect with your Happiness Cohort and share your plan for supporting your daily practice.

ABOUT YOUR HAPPINESS COACH
HEAD OF HAPPINESS PAM VICTOR

Pam Victor is a professional improviser, facilitator, author, teacher, and the Head of Happiness (aka founder and president) of Happier Valley Comedy, the first and only improv theater in Western Massachusetts. In service to HVC’s mission to bring more laughter, joy, and ease to the world, Pam directs the three branches of the company: the comedy training center, regular shows, and the THROUGH LAUGHTER program for professional and personal development which uses improv training exercises to build foundational training skills, such as communication, collaboration, creativity ... and happiness! Pam is a recipient of the 2019 New England Public Radio Arts & Humanities Award and a TEDx speaker. She is the author of “Baj and the Word Launcher: A Space-Aged Asperger Adventure in Communication,” a children’s book that uses sci-fi to teach social and communication skills. Along with legendary improvisers TJ Jagodowski and Dave Pasquesi, Pam is the co-author of “Improvisation at the Speed of Life: The TJ & Dave Book.” Currently, Pam is working on a book inspired by HVC's 30-Day Happiness Experiment. A graduate of Smith College with a Master’s in Education from Iona College, Pam has received improv training from iO Theater (Chicago), Annoyance Theatre (Chicago), ImprovBoston, and from Second City teachers. Pam is a nice person. She likes you already.
