This live online interactive presentation is the big banana where you and your Happiness Cohort explore all 11 Self-Care & Happiness Habits. With equal parts wisdom and wise-assery, your Happiness Coach Pam Victor uses entertaining stories, a touch of well-being science, and fun interactive exercises to guide you through the self-care and happiness skills-building. Pam invites you to try on each Self-Care & Happiness Habit to give it a twirl and see if it's a good fit. By the end of the presentation, you'll have everything you need to choose 1-2 Self-Care & Happiness Habits and design your own personalized month-long personal growth experiment for self-care through joy.

Self-Care Mindsets help you grow and blossom your Happiness Experiment! In this live online interactive presentation, you can experience select Self-Care Mindsets to find one or two that best support and enhance the rest of your 30-Day Happiness Experiment. Bonus prize: You'll get Self-Care Mindsets mini-posters, which you can print and post next to your computer, in the car, on the bathroom mirror, or on a vision board (if that’s the way you roll) to foster a bumper crop of happiness and personal growth. ABOUT YOUR HAPPINESS COACH
HEAD OF HAPPINESS PAM VICTOR
Pam Victor is a professional improviser, facilitator, author, teacher, and the Head of Happiness (aka founder and president) of Happier Valley Comedy, the first and only improv theater in Western Massachusetts. In service to HVC’s mission to bring more laughter, joy, and ease to the world, Pam directs the three branches of the company: the comedy training center, regular shows, and the THROUGH LAUGHTER program for professional and personal development which uses improv training exercises to build foundational training skills, such as communication, collaboration, creativity ... and happiness! Pam is a recipient of the 2019 New England Public Radio Arts & Humanities Award and a TEDx speaker. She is the author of “Baj and the Word Launcher: A Space-Aged Asperger Adventure in Communication,” a children’s book that uses sci-fi to teach social and communication skills. Along with legendary improvisers TJ Jagodowski and Dave Pasquesi, Pam is the co-author of “Improvisation at the Speed of Life: The TJ & Dave Book.” Currently, Pam is working on a book inspired by HVC's 30-Day Happiness Experiment. A graduate of Smith College with a Master’s in Education from Iona College, Pam has received improv training from iO Theater (Chicago), Annoyance Theatre (Chicago), ImprovBoston, and from Second City teachers. Pam is a nice person. She likes you already.
